Job Description
Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. Our mission is to make wellness more accessible by empowering studios and wellness entrepreneurs to grow beyond in-person class
Key Highlights
- Months 0 to 9 (product mastery): You focus on fixing bugs and shipping small, high-impact features that come directly from customers and our support team. This is the fastest way to build deep, real-world knowledge of how Arketa works and where it breaks.
- Month 9 and beyond (full feature ownership): You graduate into full feature development as a member of the product engineering team. If building out and leading is where your strengths are, there is room to help grow the function too.
- Days 0 to 30: Get familiar with the codebase and ramp up on bug fixes.
- Days 30 to 90: Begin interacting with customers through our support channels and start building tools that improve bug triage.
- Triage, investigate, and resolve bugs reported by customers and the support team.
