Qualifications

- You have many years of experience in management consulting, internal consulting, strategy, transformation, or business excellence within a top-tier management consultancy.
- You have additionally several years of leadership experience.
- You have experience in complex transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.
- You have experience working with senior executives and executive leadership teams.
- You have a proven track record in consulting practice development, capability building, business development, or organizational scaling.
- You bring a deep understanding of consulting delivery models and consulting business operations.
