We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who not only writes excellent code but also mentors others, drives technical decisions, and influences architecture across the team. This individual will act as a technical leader on the team, setting standards for code quality, system design, and engineering practices, while remaining deeply hands-on. You will have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle — from architecture and development to testing and deployment — and will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code with a focus on modern web technologies, cloud-native architecture, and the practical use of AI tools to enhance engineering productivity across the team. This role requires hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS), API development, and full-stack application development using languages like TypeScript, NestJS (Node) and familiarity with Go. You'll play a key part in agile teams — leading architecture design sessions, proofs of concept, and technical demonstrations, and partnering with product and engineering leadership on technical strategy.
