Regional Educator – West

Required Qualifications

• You are a licensed aesthetician, nurse or medical professional with a license in good standing with 5+ years of hands-on practice
• 2+ years experience in a dedicated educator role (skincare-related education delivered to aesthetic and medical practices preferred)
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are a PCA SKIN® Certified Professional
• You have a valid driver’s license with no travel limitations
• You have prior training, facilitation and/or public speaking experience and have excellent presentation skills
• You have above average knowledge in skin health, skin conditions, and are familiar with advanced modalities and treatments
• You have exceptional knowledge of skin disease pathways, ingredient benefits/mechanism of action, and formulations as a whole
• You have experience with aesthetic medical devices (ie, IPL, LED, dermaplaning, microneedling, non-ablative and ablative lasers, etc)
• You must speak fluent English; fluency in other languages is preferred
• You live in relative proximity to an International airport
• You are comfortable with technology (ie, Zoom, Google Suite, Powerpoint etc)
• You have the ability to travel short and long distances for extended periods of time
• You are reliable and responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently meet or exceed defined goals
• You are an excellent communicator
• You are a dynamic presenter that is focused on the needs of the learner and has the ability to think outside of the box to find solutions to challenges that may arise
• You are a change maker always looking for ways to improve performance with the ability to drive a high standard for yourself and others
• You are results-driven
• You are emotionally intelligent, coachable and a self-starter
• You are collaborative with a strong sense of team
