At Omnissa, we are committed to maintaining a fair, consistent, and secure hiring process for all candidates. As part of this approach, we use standard interview and verification practices designed to ensure alignment and protect both candidates and the organization. These practices are applied thoughtfully and with respect for candidate privacy.

What is the opportunity? You will join the Horizon engineering team focused on delivering world-class display quality and performance for customers across diverse virtual desktop environments. We are passionate about creating high-quality software and leveraging best engineering practices in everything we do. Continuous improvement is at the core of our culture. As a Member of Technical Staff – Display Driver Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in Windows driver development, Direct3D graphics programming, and VDI architecture to lead development, optimization, and debugging of the Horizon Agent display infrastructure and graphics subsystems. Your responsibilities span the full display stack: mastering the Indirect Display Driver (IDD) architecture and display topology management, debugging and resolving critical issues in the VNC server infrastructure, optimizing GPU utilization and rendering pipelines, and collaborating cross-functionally to solve high-impact display and graphics problems.
