Key Highlights
- Review and process purchase requisitions (PRs) into purchase orders (POs) in ERP system (e.g., Costpoint)
- Ensure accuracy of PO terms, pricing, delivery dates, and required flow downs
- Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle including placement, acknowledgment, and closeout
- Maintain alignment with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) schedules and program priorities
- Communicate requirements clearly to suppliers and ensure timely acknowledgmentsMeet SLA expectations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance for which the U.S. government requires U.S. citizenship. A final U.S. clearance post start is required
- 2+ years’ procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in aerospace/defense or regulated environment
