Required Qualifications

• Acts as an expert and evangelist for Infor applications and technology, maintaining up-to-date product and technical knowledge
• Applies broad industry knowledge to present solutions in context and align with customer business drivers
• Decomposes complex problems into manageable components for communication at both business and technical levels
• Designs, documents, and delivers solution architectures that meet client needs and provide implementation continuity
• Leads architectural discussions with clients, presenting to C-level audiences and demonstrating business value
• Defines the solution approach, identifies the critical path, and develops a roadmap for delivery
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle
