Key Highlights
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies for aircraft parts, assemblies and installations.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems related to manufacturing processes
- Develop manufacturing work instructions for mechanical and electrical assemblies and installations.
- Implement procedures for rework and repair.
- Develop and implementation of production and tooling methodologies
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with quality, engineering or supply chain within a production or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience with materials and processes
- 3+ years of experience managing projects
- 5+ years of experience working in design engineering, industrial engineering, quality, supply chain or manufacturing role
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems such as Product Data Manager (PDM), GOLDesp and Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP)
- Ability to interact with the customer and senior leadership to provide technical demonstrations and presentations
- Ability to operate in a stressful working environment and multi-task
- 5+ years of experience with drawing, reading and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD & T)
- Experience in support of commercial and military customers.
- Experience in project management
- Experience with MESci, GOLDesp, CAPP, REDARS
- Experience in ME and processes across multiple engineering disciplines
- Understanding parts turn-ins, process codes, and procurement processes
