Managing QS / Commercial Manager

Required Qualifications

• This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 6 month contract position as an outsource employed by J10 Consulting.
• There is an option to transfer to staff after 6 months should it suit all parties.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all commercial aspects of the project and ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Manage claims and variations to contracts to minimize risks and disputes.
• Provide commercial advice and support to project teams and senior management.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and reporting to identify areas for cost?saving and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all commercial, contractual, and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
