Job Description

Key Highlights
- driving and developing the test framework and QA strategies to ensure product quality and scalability
- overseeing the planning and execution of system tests to validate end-to-end functionality
- creating a clear roadmap for continuous test improvements in close collaboration with our QA Programme team
- working closely with key stakeholders including the Directors, Managers and Architects to ensure alignment and quality throughout the development and delivery process
- leading and growing a dedicated testing team – fostering motivation, building capabilities and supporting professional development
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- as a minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical or scientific degree
- proven experience at managing teams and delivering successful software projects
- a strong track record of building quality into software products from concept to release
- a solid understanding of software development, testing and release processes
- fluent English skills, both written and spoken
