About the RoleWe are looking for an Audience Engagement Lead to build and grow audiences across YouTube, Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp communities, and convert event registrations into webs
Key Highlights
- Drive follower and engagement growth.
- Increase website traffic and conversions through social media and third-party platforms.
- Manage YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp communities.
- Script, shoot and edit short-form videos.
- Build and manage communities with a focus on engagement and retention.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience building an audience for a technical or student-facing Indian brand.
- Experience managing a community of 10,000+ with focus on retention and engagement.
- Strong technical English copywriting skills.
- Good anchoring and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of social media management and analytical tools.
- Hands-on experience with short-form video content.
