Key Highlights
- You will primarily support customers across Norway and Northern Europe, while also contributing to selected global projects.
- Working across engineering, business development, sales, technology development and project execution, you will play a key role in turning ambitious energy transition visions into executable solutions.
- Identifying customer challenges and opportunities and defining study scopes that create business value.
- Leading feasibility studies, concept evaluations and technical consulting assignments for complex energy transition projects.
- Developing and evaluating integrated technical solutions across electrical, automation, telecom, digital and energy systems domains.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- MSc degree in Engineering
- Experience from large industrial, energy or infrastructure projects, preferably covering multiple project phases from feasibility and concept development through execution.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, multidisciplinary studies or engineering projects.
- Strong technical understanding within electrical, controls and/or systems engineering.
- Experience within energy transition sectors such as offshore wind, hydrogen, Power-to-X, renewable energy integration, battery energy storage systems, microgrids or electrification projects.
- Systems-thinking mindset and preferably familiarity with systems engineering methodologies and practices.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience performing techno-economic assessments and evaluating alternative technical solutions.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance technical, economic and strategic considerations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers and partners.
- Curiosity, initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- A genuine interest in understanding how emerging technologies and changing market dynamics are transforming the global energy sector.
