Job Description
Experience: 6 Months – 2 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller & Lead Qualifier who will be responsible for reaching out to potentia
Key Highlights
- Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to potential leads
- Qualify customer interest and schedule 8–12 appointments per day
- Follow up with 20–30 warm leads daily
- Maintain accurate daily call logs in Excel or CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (B2B preferred)
- Fluent in Gujarati , Hindi & Basic English
- Clear voice and confident telephone communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
- Age between 20–30 years
