Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Facility Manager (MEP) with a leading Facilities Management company based in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end FM and MEP operations across high-end luxur
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • 10–15 years of relevant Facilities Management experience and a strong MEP/technical background
- • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- • Managing high-end luxury properties and villas, particularly those equipped with smart home/building systems
- • Managing elite/VIP clients and overseeing day-to-day facilities operations
- • Leading MEP and Civil retrofit projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and milestones
- • Managing technical teams, maintenance activities, service providers, and overall FM operations
- • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction
