Key Highlights
- Designing and developing footwear styles for seasonal collections.
- Researching trends, materials, and market insights to support design decisions.
- Creating sketches, material specifications, and product descriptions.
- Preparing detailed tech packs and briefs for Product Development and production.
- Improving and updating existing styles to ensure consistency across collections, closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to support a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with footwear design.
- Technical knowledge of footwear construction, materials, trims, and details.
- Experience working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign is a plus).
- Experience with 3D tools such as CLO3D or similar is an advantage.
- Experience working with suppliers and production partners.
- A good understanding of trends and customer needs.
- Experience with PLM systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
