Key Highlights

  • Engineering support and project leadership within an Integrated Product Team.
  • Ability to communicate professionally across multiple organizations and/or throughout all levels of leadership.
  • Develop, maintain, and modify basic structural component designs, using 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools and/or other design methods, to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop solutions to a variety of technical problems.
  • Perform tests to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Mid-Level (Level 3) - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Computer Science, Engineering Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
  • Senior (Level 4) - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team.
  • Prior work experience supporting the AH-64 Apache attack helicopter and/or the AH-6 Little Bird helicopter.
  • Experience in structural design process from conceptual layout phase through build to package release.
  • NX CAD and Teamcenter PDM skills.
  • Knowledge of structural design principles for aircraft primary and secondary structure
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally.
  • Conflict of Interest - Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the companys Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
