Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree + 5 years related work experience or Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of related work experience
- In-depth knowledge of flight simulation systems, maintenance procedures, and technical operations.
- Strong instructional design skills and experience with various training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Proficient in using training software and simulation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site at the Miami Training Campus and support occasional travel to Boeing’s other Training Campuses.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Technology, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight simulation technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training in a professional capacity.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., FAA Certified Maintenance Technician) are a plus.
