Key Highlights
- You drive complex M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, from initial evaluation through successful execution.
- You lead cross-functional M&A projects end-to-end and coordinate internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout all transaction phases.
- You act as a trusted advisor to senior management and support negotiations, strategic evaluations, and investment decisions.
- You perform financial, commercial, and strategic analyses and evaluate transaction structures aligned with business objectives.
- You prepare executive-level presentations, investment papers, and decision documents for senior leadership and governance bodies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master / Diploma degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Many years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions – Investment Bank, Corporate, Private Equity, or a leading M&A boutique.
- Proven track record in the successful execution of complex M&A transactions and corporate finance projects.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including the Executive Board and business unit heads.
- Highly results-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to excellence and collaborative teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
