Job Description

<p>Position Title: HR Assistant - Group of Company Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 5,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications. Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A pioneering petrochemical manufacturer and trader of paints, coatings, resins, adhesives, and construction chemicals with factories and operations spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Job Description: - Support day-to-day HR operations including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, leave administration, attendance, HR documentation, and coordination of employee requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE employment regulations. - Coordinate end-to-end employee visa and immigration processes including new employment visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, Emirates ID, medical fitness, work permits, labour contracts, and other government-related documentation through relevant UAE authorities and online portals. - Maintain working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements, supporting the HR team on probation, notice periods, working hours, leave entitlements, end-of-service benefits, employee documentation, and other employment-related matters. - Liaise with PROs, government authorities, typing centres, insurance providers, and other external parties; monitor visa and document expiry dates, maintain accurate trackers, and ensure all applications, renewals, and cancellations are completed accurately and on time.</p><p>Qualifications: - Female candidates aged 35 years old and below; Preferably Tagalog speaker - Must be Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with 2–3 years of UAE HR administration/operations experience. - Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and hands-on experience with visas, work permits, Emirates ID, medical fitness, renewals, cancellations, and government processes. - Highly organized and detail-oriented with good English communication, MS Office/HR systems skills, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple employee records and deadlines.</p>
