Key Highlights

  • Identify and research potential customers (experience providers, venues, activity operators) in Denmark.
  • Execute a high-volume outbound strategy across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM; track progress and report insights.
  • Share learnings about the Danish market - local trends, competitor activity, and cultural preferences.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience, with a track record you're proud of.
  • Strong communication and outreach skills; proactive and well-organised.
  • High coachability and resilience; you view feedback as a growth tool and "no" as just a step toward your next "yes".
  • Deep business curiosity; you love understanding how companies work and tailoring your approach to solve their unique problems.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt pitches to the Danish market.
  • Passion for experiences, travel, and the experience economy.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Network within the tourism, travel, or events industries in Denmark.
  • Familiarity with experience-booking platforms, hospitality, or SaaS.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Gong.
