Key Highlights

  • Advise corporate clients on investment and market risk solutions, securities, FX/MM and interest rate topics, with a clear commercial and closing-oriented focus.
  • Drive the client risk management as well as investment business by identifying client needs, structuring tailored solutions, with main reponsibility for the full execution process.
  • Develop and manage the client portfolio, taking responsibility for commercial results within your defined area.
  • Closely monitor market developments to identify client opportunities and risk-related topics, driving initiatives forward with a strong execution mindset.
  • Collaborate on business and sales strategies, bringing in your market insights and contributing to business unit-related strategy implementation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a comparable field.
  • Evidence of knowledge and experience according to § 87 Abs. 2 WpHG (2. FiMANoG) and §§ 1 & 6 WpHGMaAnzV.
  • Proven sales expertise in investment and market risk solutions, securities, FX/MM and interest rate with the ability to advise clients and drive closings.
  • Display a high level of commitment to proactive client outreach within the client portfolio to ensure best‑in‑class service and execution quality.
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good understanding of business contexts.
  • Show a keen interest in financial markets and up‑to‑date market movements.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
  • Good knowledge of accounting under HGB and IAS/IFRS.
  • Familiarity with credit business, regulatory requirements (MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd Frank) and financial mathematics.
  • Experience in foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives is a plus.
  • High learning agility and an innovation and team-oriented mindset.
