Key Highlights
- Plan, coordinate, and develop preventive maintenance plans and TPM activities, optimizing intervals based on condition-based maintenance principles
- Identify and implement improvements to equipment, processes, and maintenance methods using data analysis and KPI follow-up
- Manage maintenance budgets and collaborate with external service providers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain technical documentation, SAP master data, and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Contribute to competence development and knowledge sharing among technicians and colleagues
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 1-2+ years of experience with maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system for maintenance management
