Job Description
We are looking for a structured, proactive and service-minded Operations & Production Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on and varied role at the heart of our day-to-day business.
Key Highlights
- Coordinate and follow up on production & sample orders, timelines and deliveries
- Support purchasing and other production-related administrative tasks
- Be a key point of contact for our sales partners regarding orders, deliveries and day-to-day enquiries
- Support our wholesale partners & customers with order updates, product information and delivery questions
- Handle general customer service enquiries in a professional and personal manner
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience from the fashion, textile or lifestyle industry is an advantage, particularly within production, operations or customer service
- Structured, organised and detail-oriented
- Hands-on and comfortable taking responsibility
- Commercially and service minded
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Confident working with Excel and knowledge of MicroSoft BC, Shopify and/or JOOR is a plus
