- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and communication
- In addition to managing existing accounts, you will be responsible for growing our agent network by signing up net new clients sourced from strategic partnerships, business development, and referrals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales (preferably in a tech-enabled or performance-driven environment)
- Experience working as an insurance agent or with insurance agents (preferred)
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technical products (preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, revenue models, and optimization strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing and executive-level)
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch
