Key Highlights
- Gather and Clarify Requirements Work directly with clients to understand business needs and pain points Translate those needs into clear, prioritized requirements for engineers

- Own the Client Relationship Act as the main point of contact for client-facing conversations during onboarding, scoping, and delivery Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and feedback loops.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Software Company Relevant experience in a SaaS, ERP, or composable software environment is preferred, especially with an understanding of modular solutions, low-code platforms, or customer-centric software deployments.
- 5+ years in product management, solutions, customer success, or consulting roles with strong client interaction Proven ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing customer relationships, translating business needs into actionable product requirements, and facilitating customer-driven product changes.
- Exceptional communication skills — you can make complex things sound simple and actionable.
- Organized, structured thinker who can reduce ambiguity
- Technically fluent enough to collaborate with engineers and ask the right questions
- Based in or willing to be frequently present in Los Angeles. ~20% travel.
