- Lead and develop a team of 5-8 engineers across various experience levels.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS or marketing platforms.
- Background in payment systems, scheduling, or commerce platforms.
- Experience with Elixir, React, or similar technologies.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
