Senior Architect / Lead Architect - Strong Revit

Required Qualifications

• * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• * Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
• * Expert-level proficiency in Revit.
• * Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional technical detailing skills and high standards of construction documentation.
• * In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
• * Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
• * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• * Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Desired Skills:
• * Experience with BIM management and coordination.
• * Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certifications.
• * Experience with parametric modeling and scripting in Revit.
• * Experience working on large-scale, complex projects in Dubai.
