Key Highlights
- Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout.
- Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
- Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding , able to create compelling, detailed mockups.
- Analytical Expertise: Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar).
- Execution Excellence: Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership Mentality: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).
- Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills
