Key Highlights
- Build, execute, and measure quarterly Field Marketing plans that include in-person events, webinars, and integrated campaigns. Align with the EMEA Sales Team to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute demand generation programs that include paid and owned media, content creation, digital campaigns, and partnerships with relevant third parties and publications.
- Deliver Account-Based Marketing programs tailored to the sales team’s top accounts.
- Understand and align with internal systems, such as lead scoring and nurturing, campaign creation and tracking, pipeline generation, and deal acceleration.
- Coordinate all aspects of tradeshows and networking events in the DACH region.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in marketing preferred
- A minimum of five years of software/technology field marketing experience, preferably with SaaS companies serving the Manufacturing sector
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, and other MarTech is preferred
- Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to be creative, efficient, and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal & written) in English and German
- Ability to travel up to 30%
