Key Highlights
- Develop and execute multi‑year enterprise and partner strategies to grow revenue, wallet share and market presence across the UK, Ireland and priority EMEA markets.
- Deepen strategic, executive‑level relationships and co‑develop regional roadmaps while leading co‑selling and co‑marketing initiatives tailored to local dynamics.
- Negotiate and structure enterprise and channel agreements that balance customer value with Fiserv commercial and risk frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Shape pricing, incentives, service level agreements and commercial constructs suitable for diverse regulatory and market environments.
- Equip sales and relationship teams with compelling propositions, localised pricing guidance and go‑to‑market materials to drive consistent regional execution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling regional partner ecosystems and channel‑led revenue motions.
- Knowledge of payments technologies such as tokenisation, gateways and EMV, and regulatory environments across EMEA.
- Background working with banks, acquirers or large enterprise accounts in multiple EMEA markets.
- Experience with P&L stewardship, pricing strategy or commercial analytics to optimise regional margins.
- MBA or relevant industry certifications.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Experience designing partner onboarding, enablement and joint marketing programmes for multinational partners.
