Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • Background in Industrial Engineering, Project Controls, PMO, Business Analysis, or a similar field.
- • Construction industry experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
- • Immediate joiners are preferred.
- • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; familiarity with dashboard or BI tools is an advantage.
- SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- • Strong analytical ability, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- • Initiative and willingness to learn, with the drive to grow within the company.
- • Clear communication skills, able to coordinate effectively between projects and Head Office.
- • Attention to detail in preparing KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
- • Ability to manage multiple data sources and reporting deadlines concurrently.
- • Comfortable working with digital systems and supporting information-management initiatives.
