Required Qualifications
- ? Min 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital growth, CRM, performance marketing or online commercial management, preferably within fashion, luxury retail.
- ? Strong experience working with a large-scale fashion/lifestyle e-commerce business or marketplace.
- ? Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, retention and marketing automation.
- ? Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRO, digital merchandising, UX/customer journey and e-commerce analytics.
