Software Engineer

The Software Engineer role at PSI enables the development of new features of the technologies that we provide to our customers. Software Engineers work very closely with others across the engineering teams to understand what has been scoped, develop new features of existing Java/Spring web-based applications with an SQL database, and integrate with internal and third-party systems. This role adds significant value to the operation of PSI’s business, performing crucial work in maintaining our people-focused, quality brand. This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible hours around core office availability Monday to Friday. The role is performed on a hybrid schedule at our headquarters located at 18000 W 105th St. Olathe, KS 66061, with occasional travel for meetings, events and workshops.
