Key Highlights

Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned work packages, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities across internal teams and external partners
Drive progress through structured planning and close collaboration with Project Controls
Manage and challenge contractors and suppliers to ensure performance and accountability
Identify risks early, drive mitigation actions, and escalate key issues when needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project management within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projectsProven project or construction management experience from major greenfield or brownfield steel mill projects is required.
Relevant degree in engineering, project management, or similar, or equivalent practical experience
Experience managing EPC work packages within EPCM or similar delivery models
Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management
Experience managing contractors and suppliers in complex project environments
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills in matrix organizations
Structured problem-solving and decision-making ability
Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus
