Key Highlights
- Troubleshoot and implement long-term fixes for printers, cameras, hardware, and other IT related infrastructure
- Perform laptop refreshes, software updates, install printers, cord management and routine maintenance and network checks
- Identify IT security vulnerabilities and propose practical improvements
- Support security policy rollouts and access reviews during staff offboarding
- Research remote device locking solutions and develop a written proposal for management
Qualifications
