Key Highlights
- Support system design, integration, and verification activities across multiple platforms and subsystems
- Develop and maintain system documentation, interface control documents, and integration plans
- Perform system-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and test engineers to resolve integration challenges
- Mentor early career engineers as appropriate
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- This position requires the ability to obtain Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 5 + years of experience with wire harness, electrical and/or mechanical design
- 3+ years of experience leading technical projects and teams
- 5+ years of experience in wire harness design, manufacturing and/or integration experience
- Experience in manufacturing, specializing in wire harness
- 3+ years of experience with computer aided design (CAD) tools for the design of mechanical components/assemblies
- Ability to lead and understand schematic details
- Understanding of EMI/EMC separation for wire design
