Required Qualifications

• - Previous experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, customer service or another client facing role
• - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• - Confidence negotiating and handling objections
• - Strong organisation and time management

• - Fluency in English
• - A professional approach and positive attitude
• - Essential Requirements
• - Valid driving licence
• - Education certificate
• - Financial savings to support yourself during your first 3–6 months while you build your pipeline
• - Willingness to relocate to Dubai (if applying internationally)
• - Comfortable working in a commission-only environment

• - Successful consultants can realistically earn AED 250,000–500,000+ per year, with top performers exceeding this.
