Key Highlights
- Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations.
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, and/or business operations
- 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in a technical aerospace manufacturing environment/company
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership.”
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
- Experience creating and presenting materials to leadership
