About the role Hello Retail is looking for a BDR Team Lead to drive our outbound engine across international markets. This is a player coach role: you carry your own BDR target while leading the BDR t
Key Highlights
- Carrying your own BDR target: prospecting, qualifying and booking meetings alongside the team, leading from the front
- Leading the BDR team day to day: daily standups, structured callout blocks, pipeline reviews and one on one coaching
- Owning the outbound results for your region and being accountable for meetings booked and pipeline generated
- Coaching BDRs on prospecting, qualification and objection handling, using our SPIN based playbook
- Building and refining target lists, sequences and outbound plays together with marketing and the AEs
