Key Highlights
- Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one area in Tooling, Hazmat, Consumables and Standards.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management
- 5+ years of experience working in Operations and/or manufacturing processes
- 3+ years of experience in Production Control/Materials Management
- 3+ years of experience Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- Must be willing and able to work any shift (Must be able & willing to work various shifts and/or an alternate baseline schedule that may frequently change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays; mission requirements and/or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.)
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management
- 5+ years of experience working in Operations and/or manufacturing processes
- 3+ years of experience in Production Control/Materials Management
- 3+ years of experience Supply Chain and/or Materials Management

- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- 1+ years of experience in Inventory Management / Inventory Management Methodologies
- 1+ years of experience with Problem Solving Methodologies
- 3+ years of experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and/or the Production System
- 3+ years of experience as a proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- 3+years of experience do you have in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
- 3+ years of experience with business knowledge, leadership and people skills to inspire a safe work environment
