Job Description
About the roleJoin our client as a Senior Consultant specializing in Infor GHR modules, focusing on Process Automation and Configuration Console. Lead technical support, enhancements, and integrations
Key Highlights
- Maintain and support Infor GHR operations, including incident management, bug fixes, and production support.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Infor CloudSuite and external or legacy systems using Infor ION and APIs.
- Develop and manage automated workflows and business rules with Infor Process Automation tools.
- Configure and support runtime environments via Infor Configuration Console and assist with tenant management and patching.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting system issues and supporting upgrades.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Infor Certifications related to GHR and Process Automation.
- Experience with Infor Lawson migrations or similar HCM platform transitions.
- Domain knowledge in Healthcare, Public Sector, or Financial Services.
