Job Description

As a Software Engineer for our global product, “LegalOn”, you will build the “Legal Success Platform” to support a wide range of corporate legal operations (contracts, governance, research, internal Q

Key Highlights

  • Backend: Go, Python, TypeScript, Java
  • Frontend: TypeScript, React
  • Evolve the “Legal Success Platform” by developing new features and continuously improving “LegalOn”
  • Construct and refine development workflows centered on AI
  • Identify peripheral challenges necessary for creating customer value and address issues beyond your assigned domain

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in web application development
  • 3+ years of experience in either web frontend or backend development
  • 6+ months of experience in development using AI Agents
  • Experience in development premised on the operation of automated testing
  • Experience in asynchronous team development using distributed platforms such as Git and GitHub
  • N2-level equivalent Japanese proficiency and fluent English communication skills (both online and offline)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience with Harness / Prompt Engineering
  • Experience in building workflows centered on AI
  • Experience in operating and maintaining a single product for 3+ years as a Lead Engineer or Architect
  • Experience in roles specializing in infrastructure, such as Platform Engineering or SRE
  • Experience in product development roles other than software engineering, such as PdM, UI Design, or EM
  • Experience in developing multi-region products
  • Experience in development within multinational teams
