Software Engineer, Product Growth - LegalOn

<p>As a Software Engineer for our global product, “LegalOn”, you will build the “Legal Success Platform” to support a wide range of corporate legal operations (contracts, governance, research, internal Q&amp;A, etc.) through new feature development and ongoing maintenance. You will actively engage in solving challenges that arise while shaping “LegalOn” - an unprecedented product -, going beyond technical domains to drive customer value creation.</p>

<h3>Development Environment / Tools</h3>

<ul> <li>Backend: Go, Python, TypeScript, Java</li> <li>Frontend: TypeScript, React</li> </ul> <h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Evolve the “Legal Success Platform” by developing new features and continuously improving “LegalOn”</li> <li>Construct and refine development workflows centered on AI</li> <li>Identify peripheral challenges necessary for creating customer value and address issues beyond your assigned domain</li> <li>Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality, maintainability, operability, and productivity</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3><ul> <li>5+ years of experience in web application development</li> <li>3+ years of experience in either web frontend or backend development</li> <li>6+ months of experience in development using AI Agents</li> <li>Experience in development premised on the operation of automated testing</li> <li>Experience in asynchronous team development using distributed platforms such as Git and GitHub</li> <li>N2-level equivalent Japanese proficiency and fluent English communication skills (both online and offline)</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to haves</h3><p><em>While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.</em></p><ul> <li>Practical experience with Harness / Prompt Engineering</li> <li>Experience in building workflows centered on AI</li> <li>Experience in operating and maintaining a single product for 3+ years as a Lead Engineer or Architect</li> <li>Experience in roles specializing in infrastructure, such as Platform Engineering or SRE</li> <li>Experience in product development roles other than software engineering, such as PdM, UI Design, or EM</li> <li>Experience in developing multi-region products</li> <li>Experience in development within multinational teams</li> </ul>

<h3>Compensation</h3> <p>¥8,200,000 ~ ¥15,000,000 annually.</p>
