Key Highlights
- Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of procurement process requirements and company goals.
- Read and interpret command media documents for understanding and conveying requirements to other Contracts Procurement Agents.
- Interacts with individuals, organizational representatives, and cross-functional teams in a customer-service oriented role; assisting in level-setting and problem-solving.
- Defines, designs, plans and executes group and organizational level projects.
- Supports the development and implementation of organizational strategies to increase knowledge and skill level within the job function.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 1+ years of experience with the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and mentor teammates
- 7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
- 7+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes
