Job Description

Performance Officer & HSE AdvisorAbout the RoleLeonardo Helicopters holds a Support and Training Contract with the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and Public Security for the AW101 Norwegian All Weather

Key Highlights

  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the NAWSARH contractual performance requirements and associated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework.
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting programme performance against contractual KPIs.
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports for internal and customer reviews.
  • Coordinating and managing HSE activities in support of programme objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Identifying risks to contract performance and driving improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years' relevant professional experience, including at least two years within aircraft maintenance, aircraft operations, a related aviation environment or other relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in ICT systems and business applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Flexible and responsive to customer needs, including changing priorities and short-notice requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
