Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- - Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Boutique Manager / Store Manager within the luxury jewellery industry. Must have proven experience in managing and developing a retail sales team.
- - With strong understanding of the luxury jewellery market and high-end clientele; Extensive existing client database and strong personal client network are highly preferred
- - Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- - With strong knowledge of CRM systems and client database management.
