Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software engineering, with a focus on developing and integrating solutions within a Salesforce environment. You will be responsible for designing and building cloud-native applications and distributed systems, leveraging modern software architecture patterns and DevOps practices. This role requires excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent Product Operating Model experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- Experience developing and integrating within a Salesforce environment.
- Proven experience developing applications using one or more of the following: Java, Node.js, React, Python.
- Experience designing and building cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern software architecture patterns.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git and Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-impact environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
