This position is for a Software Engineer role in the Retail and Lease Securitization product team at Ford Motor Credit Company. The role as a Software Engineer will be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of products. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- 13+ years of experience with COBOL, JCL, CA7, DB2/SQL, IBM File Manager and Debugger tools.
- 1+ years of experience with Ford Credit Securitization systems.
- Application of AI-based tools to automate workflows.
- Business Systems Analysis | Process Documentation | Workflow Optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodology and PDO, experience with JIRA or similar tool preferred.
- Strong experience on advanced SQL and relational database.
- Strong drive for results and ability to multi-task and work Independently.
- Self-starter with proven innovation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
