Key Highlights

  • Develop, document and implement manufacturing processes, work instructions and process flows for assigned UAS assemblies or production lines to improve throughput, yield and repeatability.
  • Provide day?to?day technical support to production and MRO teams: investigate and resolve manufacturing issues, propose practical corrective actions and escalate complex problems.
  • Collect and analyse production and quality data to identify trends and root causes; apply sound statistical methods and problem?solving tools to support decisions and validate improvements.
  • Lead or contribute to defined continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, small capital improvements) to reduce cost, cycle time or non?conformance for assigned work packages.
  • Review new and modified UAS designs for manufacturability and provide clear, implementable recommendations to design and systems engineering.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal training or certification in Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) or other structured quality/process improvement methods.
  • Experience with automation, robotics, PLCs or CNC integration.
  • Experience with AS9100, ISO standards or other aerospace regulatory/compliance frameworks.
  • Prior involvement in manufacturing projects delivering measurable cost, quality or cycle?time improvements.
  • Experience using MRP/ERP systems and manufacturing data collection systems.
  • Strong understanding of supplier management and production/MRO integration activities.
