Job Description

At Kitware, you'll work alongside researchers and engineers to turn cutting-edge computer vision, machine learning, and artificial intelligence research into robust software solutions. Your work won't be limited to theoretical problems or prototypes. Depending on the project, you could contribute to technologies involving 3D reconstruction, object detection, image manipulation detection, motion pattern learning, and anomaly detection. You'll have opportunities to work directly with customers, participate in live field tests and demonstrations, contribute to open source software, and see how the software you build performs in real-world environments. If you're a strong C++ and Python developer who enjoys solving difficult technical problems and collaborating with people across disciplines, this role offers an opportunity to put those skills to work on projects with meaningful impact.

  • Ability to develop software for Linux, macOS, and/or Windows operating systems.

  • Willingness and ability to apply for and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
