Job Description
WisEngineering is seeking a motivated and experienced Software Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of related experience to join our team in support of development programs at Picatinny Arsenal. In this role, you will work closely with management and the Product Development Team to analyze, design, code, test, and improve mission-critical software systems across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent field experience.
- Proficiency in C++ and Java, using modern IDEs like Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux.
- Experience with XML scripting, version control via Git, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong background working within Agile development processes.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Android development and Android Studio.
- Experience with software testing methodologies and automated testing frameworks.
